QUALIFICATION

                                  Project Coordinator/Inspector

-In charge of coordinating that the design and plan use by the contractor or builder is in  

        accordance with the Standard and Specification.

-Notifying various client in obtaining and awarding construction contract. Furnishing samples

        recommendation and drawing review to clients.

-In charge for making sure that contractor or builder is notified if there is any revision by the

     owner. Ensure that the contractor and Owner should have copies of the plan and specification

-In charge of  inspection of the product regarding quality specification, right dimension and good

      workmanship before final delivery to the jobsite

--In charge in coordinating the factory, Architectural department and Client of the

       time of delivery at the jobsite

                                    Autocad Designer/Drafter

-Preparing AutoCAD drawings and analyze Architectural and Civil Engineering plans.

- Design the ideas of what kind of details they needs that will go with the design and giving them

       ideas how much will cost the project and giving them alternative to meet their budget.

-Ability to handle task simultaneously and maintain attention to detail, organized workload

     efficiently. Prepare layout of project and integrated engineering elements into unified design.

-In charge of submittal and acquiring the approved drawing from the Architect and Gen Contrs.

               -In charge of preparing AutoCAD drawing and cutting list for the factory.

                                    Project  Estimator

-In charge of quantity take off for the all materials for the project

-In charge of submitting bids to all bidders with a complete price and installation cost

-In charge of negotiating the price for materials and labor cost to all supplier and sub-contractors

-In charge of awarding contract to supplier and sub contractors that has the lowest bids

-Ability to handle task and prepare layout of project and cost effective value engineering.

               -In charge of procurement and schedule of shipment

-Provides the cost of materials and estimated time of delivery.

                             Architectural  Sales Representative

                -In charge in marketing the stones to Architect, Interior Designers, Contractors 

                  and Developers

               - Attending to all  Architects, Designers and giving supports to all the needs such as Specification

                      Data and samples  for them to specify  stone product

                -In charge of updating their library with new products

                -In charge of providing information and price to the Contractors, Installer and Developers in   

                      regards to the project that is on the process of bidding

                -Schedule a meetings and constant visit to all client such as Architects, Interior Designer,   

                     Contractors, Installer and Developer

               -In charge of preparing detail price for the ongoing project.

               -In charge of Procurement and schedule of shipment of materials needed to complete the project.

               -In charge of quality control and packaging to avoid unnecessary breakage and rejection of the   

              materials deliver on site.
