Objective : I have attached my resume for your consideration. As you can see from my resume, I have a wide diversity of progressively responsible positions within the industry.

My background encompasses 25 years of experience in capital project management / owners representation, leasing and real estate management, architecture, facilities management, real estate development, financial management, procurement and risk management; and my educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in architecture from Pratt Institute and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I am also a licensed architect. My experience also includes business development for professional services companies where I have been a partner.

I have had my own NY area based owners representative / project management consulting firm for the last two years, but have been struggling with this challenging economy.
