Mr. Jackson is an Architect with a Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Project Management. He has completed all Project Management Professional (PMP) course work. He possesses the skills knowledge and ability to utilize earned value management, (EVM) and cost benefit analysis (CBA) to manage a portfolio of projects and develop a fiscal year business case to present budget analysis and justification to senior management to determine which products or services should be procured from outside the organization. He has interface and relationships with various organizations, professionals, agencies, local communities, within the Washington business environment, across the continental United States, and abroad.
