Mr. Jackson is an Architect with a Masters of Science in Management with a concentration in Project Management. He has completed all Project Management Professional (PMP) course work. As an assertive leader, he maintains a strong customer relationship, ensures customer actions/requests are responded to with timely, comprehensive, and accurate products. He has supervised teams ranging from 15-50 personnel and managed organizations from 170-210 personnel. His experiences and academics allow him to apply best practices in collaboration with a project team. As a Program Manager, his acumen gives him the capacity to implement management techniques, with the right degree of rigor for each process, for a given program or project. His business knowledge allows him to exercise sound judgment and creativity regularly in identifying and developing innovative solutions to highly complex, major systems and process related problems and submit proper decisions to smooth the progress of program management.
As a Reserve officer in the US Army he graduated from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and as a member of the US Army Engineer Corps he has attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and possesses an active TS/SCI SSBI security clearance. In the government and private sectors he has a wide range experience in project controls, scheduling, planning, design, contracts, time management, construction, realty, design build, and lease build-to-suite space management programs. He possesses the skills knowledge and ability to utilize earned value management, (EVM) and cost benefit analysis (CBA) to manage a portfolio of projects and develop a fiscal year business case to present budget analysis and justification to senior management to determine which products or services should be procured from outside the organization. He has interface and relationships with various organizations, professionals, agencies, local communities, within the Washington business environment, across the continental United States, and abroad.
