Over forty years in the construction industry with a much diversified scope of projects.

The following projects are only a brief sample of projects completed.

For the past several years I have been working with Alex Soffiantini & Associates, an Architectural firm in Perth Amboy. As an independent Construction Manager I worked with clients on development and value engineering.
Met with municipal authorities.
Set budgets and schedules.
Solicited bids from contractors and vendors.
Wrote contracts.
Set weekly job meetings with weekly schedules.
Written reports to Owner on progress as well as weekly meetings.
Received progress payment requests.
Scheduled walk through with Owner and Architect for periodic review.
Closed out project with walk through with Owner and Architect. Received all warranties and finalized payments.

Projects included the refurbish of a municipal building in Jersey City, a four story warehouse in Staten Island, offices and retail center in Perth Amboy as well as several multi family complexes.
