General Manager, Steel Sales & Services, Inc., 2007 to 2010, $15M service center division of $35M steel fabricator. Directed sales and operations including productivity, process improvements and customer relations. Implemented new accounting software, boosting accuracy and cash flow. Increased sales $6M. Managed 30 employees and a $3M budget.
Regional Sales Manager, Warren Alloy, 2005 to 2006, $50M distributor of industrial pipe, valves and fittings. Conducted all sales activities and promoted products for six state territory. Boosted sales from $900K to $1.9M in one year, re-activating and retaining 600 customer base.
Branch Manager, Columbia Pipe & Supply Co., 1991 to 2005, $150M distributor of pipes, valves and fittings. Recruited to oversee operations, develop marketing strategies, establish ISO standards and streamline processes to reduce costs and increase quality. Hired, trained and motivated seven employees and managed $750K budget.
