Maintain all electrical and pneumatic equipment within the facility, including: fire pumps, generators, VAV fan systems, HVAC, chillers, water treatment, motor controls, cooling towers, and boilers. Implemented repairs, general overhaul and maintenance on all of the above equipment.
Work independently on repairs and all aspects pertaining to complete building management including start-up and shut down of all equipment necessary to make premises operable. Responsible for all work supplied by outside contractors to ensure that it was performed to code and building standards.
NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
Oversaw a $2.5 million renovation to a buildings common areas and complete lighting retrofit which resulted in an energy savings of 19%. Received the E.P.A.s Energy Star Label for a property in 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006.
