Updated the design of the buidling to fit the 2007 California Building Code and 2006 International Building Code Standards. Worked with the general and subcontractor contractors in order to ensure that all Requests For Information (RFI's) were implemented properly, used to document all changes, errors or omissions.
Land Development: San Jacino Land Development Designed and prepared plans for tentative tract map approval. Performed various lot studies and site research. Addressed and responded to plan check comments. Attended planning commission meetings. Mojave Land Development, Purdy/Mojave Ave. Performed studies necessary for tentative tract submittal. Worked with San Bernardino County and City of Mojave agencies for the parameters of development. Conducted mapping research as well as land research (zoning, land use, etc). Performed various lot studies, site layouts (streets, parks, lots, utilities, and ditches for offsite flow), set pad and street elevations and conducted hydrology calcualtions in order to prepare tentative tract map drawings and details. This project involved 50 acres and included 1200 residental lots.
