Master Planning
Spearheaded the creations of a new department to provide our clients with the necessary professional expertise, to achieve a logical and efficient progression of events leading to optimum site utilization, procurement of required funding, time lines and facilities parameters. Maximizing the creation of new revenue to the client while minimizing disruption to existing operations

Project and Construction Management
Assuming leadership role in Project Ownership to include the development and the implementation of all aspects of the project delivery from pre-schematic design through construction administration and project closeout. Responsible for developing, negotiating and executing assigned projects, including scope of work definition, terms of contract agreements; overall time schedules manpower allocations and budgets. Revised and implement new methodologies to increase production efficiency, revenue over all costs and maintain the projected budget and delivery schedule Responsible for the selection of team members and consultants best suited for the project, promote a positive team environment, access individual performance and development promotions Strong ability to manage multiple problems in a fast track production/construction environment, identified key issues, explore new opportunities and provide alternate solutions in order to maintain project related goals and objectives Established and promoted the concept of proactive approach throughout the construction process in order to minimize or eliminate cost overuns and time delays
