Valero, Port Arthur 4 drum coker unit: Design of various steel structures, and pile foundation including seismic design. of heater foundation, equipment foundation, merichem skid and MAZE Structure using Valero standards. Drew foundation drawings and pile drawings for various structures. Reliance, JERP Coker and Gas Plant: Design of foundation for various refinery equipments such as exchangers, horizontal and vertical vessels, silos, tanks, pumps and piperacks. Design of derrick structure, steel piperacks and other steel supports (CPS and MPS) and design steel connections. ONGC Gujarat, India (Floating Production Unit): (2100 WD, 30 Mbopd, 70 MMscfd gas) Designed the topsides for FPSO, modeled and performed analysis for flare boom rest, performed in-place, fatigue, dynamic, and load-out analysis for several modules. Design of pipe supports, checking equipment weld down details, organized and developed final project data books and provided engineering support. ESSAR Energy (Offshore Port System-Fixed Platform): (For 120 W.D) Designed offshore pumping and quarters platform and several onshore platform units . Designed piles, prepared weight reports. Modeled and performed In-place, Lift, Launch, and Load-out analysis for Jacket, Transportations Analysis for Deck and Jacket, prepared Material Takeoff weights. Design foundation and supporting structures for Transformer, Bus Support, and design connection for Suspension Insulator and Panel room for Substation 66 kV to 33 kV.
