WestekFourWinds was Client of the project. By that time Savant has been working on that project for two years already.
During construction of WestekFourWinds office and residential development Emil Eminenz executed the following functions as a senior project manager:
- cost management and control of the project - cost management and tender - preparation of contracts with contractors and designers - budget development and control of all the contractor and design works concerning the project development - cost assessment and validation of changes in design and construction works - Preparation of master schedule for execution of all measures required for successful completion of construction and design works and for commissioning of the facility. - Monitoring and coordination as well as holding regular meetings and conferences, taking the minutes, preparation of monthly reports for the Client and correspondence with state supervisory bodies.
