Responsible for comprehensive: quality control, safety comments, verify installations comply with executed contracts, proposals, and submittals. Process change orders. Produce updated cash flow projections, budgets and schedules as required by the owner and client.
Strong oral and written communication skills; able to articulate information in an understandable way.
Proven skills in planning, organizing, and reviewing work of a team to ensure proper management of integrated costs and budgets and limited time frames.
Supervise team members in the successful completion of projects.
Review clients requirements with respect to construction schedule, base building plans, and owners obligations.
Meet with the client whenever necessary to provide verbal and/or written updates on any current projects ranging from construction to property maintenance and any other daily concerns.
Conduct monthly progress meetings. Review and approve all monthly applications for payment with respect to work-in-place. Update budgets accordingly.
If required, prepare and submit monthly draw requests to the lending institution. Meet with lenders inspector to review draw and progress.
Make frequent jobsite visits to monitor any work in progress and quality control.
