CAREER HISTORY
Vice President Operations Sunbelt, 2008 to 2009. Recruited to transform this $42M supplier/installer of building materials storage systems to single-source design/build contractor. Obtained General Contracting licenses in 14 states. Established pre-design/pre-construction process and standards. Clients included ABC Roofing Supply, US Department of Agriculture and The Home Depot. Managed budget of $5M and staff of 16.
Senior Vice President, Skanska USA Building, Inc., 2006 to 2007. Recruited to grow business for $4.5B commercial construction company. Directed construction operations, consisting of $160M in new projects in the health care and education industries. Led staff of 50 and budget of $150M.
Division Vice President, Aviation, The Haskell Company, 2005 to 2006. Secured, designed, and built aviation and aerospace facilities in the continental US for $700M industrial construction company. Clients included BAA International and Flight Safety International. Directed budget of $40M and staff of 20.
Vice President/Project Director, The Haskell Company, 2003 to 2005. Developed and implemented business plans for regional offices, market specific divisions and projects for clients including US Navy, Florida DOT, and Florida Department of Corrections. Managed staff of 10.
