Negotiated a 700K change order with the city of San Diego for completion of the job. *Elsinore Water Line, Lake Elsinore, CA. - Supervised a crew of 20 and 2 sub contractors to saw cut asphalt and excavate 9K feet of ductile iron pipe along with valves and various blow offs and a.r.v.s Encountered several locations of solid rock. Prepared roadway and repaved. Successfully negotiated a 185K change order with the city of Lake Elsinore for the completion of the job. *Emergency pull outs for Cal-Trans, Blithe, CA. - Supervised a crew of 17 and 1 sub contractor for the excavation of 3K CY of dirt and rock and placed 2,000 tons of base material and paved pull out areas. Project was to be completed within 60 days, it was successfully completed and signed off within 25 days. *United States Army Corp. Of Engineers, various Southern California locations - Built U. S. Military Recruiting Stations to Federal Government Specifications and standards.

Executed daily operations of Kulana Subdivision (7 miles of roadway with 7 miles of sewer lines, water, and 60K feet of storm drain system.) Moloaa Bay, Kauai (1.5 miles of road installed, 200K CY of excavation. Project was to be completed within 60 days, it was successfully completed with 30 days. *Herzog Contracting St. Joseph, MO. Project Superintendent 2/00 to 2/05

Supervised 140 employees, scheduled work hours, resolved conflicts, determined Employee salaries. *Caltrain Menlo Park, CA. - Executed daily operations of track rehabilitation on 40 miles of track from San Jose to San Francisco. Supervised a crew of 140 men including 7 foreman. The project was estimated to take 2 years to complete.Under the project superintendents guidance the work was completed and signed off by the owner in 18 months. Total revenue of $175 million with a profit of $40 million. The crew had access to the section of track on Friday night and had to be replaced by 4 am Monday to avoid liquidated damages or $5000/minute would be assessed. Company was never assessed a fee during the project with zero injuries. *Metro Link (San Gabriel Line) Santa Ana, CA. - A 3 day and night railroad replacement projected. Supervised a crew of 40 men located on an 8 wide railroad bridge with only one entrance/exit point. Project started on Friday Night and had to be completed by Monday morning. Removed and replaced entire railroad including ballast, ties and tracks. Projected completed on time with zero injuries. Revenue of 300K with a profit of $75K.
