I have hands-on experience in the construction industry. I have provided supervision and oversight of construction projects including subcontractor management, safety and quality inspections, development of labor plans and cost saving schemes, manpower forecasting and mobilization, design document coordination with construction, change order management, estimating, coordination and integration of subcontractors work, interfacing with Union officials. I am a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Specific duties include performing site management and quality assurance inspections for electrical, mechanical and elevator systems for numerous construction projects including, telecommunication installations, apartment and condominiums, shopping malls, hospital facilities, office buildings, Newark and Teterboro Airports, New Jersey School Construction Authority, CCNY College located in the Bronx, Jersey City State Courthouse building, senior housing projects, hotels, laboratories, Bergen County Utility Authority. Other duties include providing supervision and quality oversight of core drilling, wire pulling, wire terminations, high voltage transformers, Generators, ATS system and panels, telecommunication cell sites and tower insulation, UPS systems, Hospital Emergency rooms power and controls, mechanical piping systems, and general site construction works.
As a health & safety supervisor, implemented corporate health and safety plans and procedures complying with OSHA 1910 and 1026 regulations included PPE, fall protection, scaffold control, excavations and trenching, rigging and hoisting, lock out / tag out, confined space, HAZ-COM, and NJ transit 21st century rail safety training.

Provided supervision, oversight and quality inspection of asbestos abatement and demolition of a 7-story building, instillation of a new roof system, installation of rooftop HVAC Units and associated piping subsystems. Performed crane inspections and permit review for 300 ft. crane used for major equipment lifts. Abatement was conducted of existing school laboratories while school was in session utilizing clean room approach for laboratory location.
