Alliance Construction is a division of the Cornerstone Group tasked with building all Cornerstone property. In 2006 Cornerstone was the 8th largest real estate developer in the country having over 17,000 units in their portfolio. From 1992 Cornerstone focused exclusively on tax credit multifamily properties, and only recently expanded into other markets.

Full responsibility for developing and constructing 26 garden style multi-family projects with seasoned staff of project managers, developers and field superintendents. Essential tasks included site planning, site feasibility study, market analysis, due diligence and budgets. Obtained entitlements by coordinating efforts of land use attorneys and City Administrative staff. Guided the submittal and approval of building permit plans through numerous municipal agencies throughout Florida.
