Work History -- Town of Jonesborough, TN Administrative Intern August 2009 February 2010 Assisted the Town with a point-factor evaluation and job analysis of their workforce. This required, among other things, the production of new job descriptions, as well as the reorganization and/or changing of some of the Towns previous structuring. This required extensive literary research as well as the conduction of a local, regional, and statewide salary survey; the data from which had to recorded and presented via spreadsheets in a professional and easily readable format. A literary review was conducted and presented in the form of a white paper or statement of the discovered facts relating to pay and compensation within the town. -- Lowes Home Improvement Elizabethton, TN Stocker; Cashier; Customer Service & Sales Associate. 2006 2009 Advanced from Cashier to Sales Associate to Inventory Control.
