Served as Project Manager for a NYSDOT INFORM traffic study and traffic signal cabinet inventory of 92 intersections along the north and south service roads of the Long Island Expressway.

Assembled NYS employee rosters, tracked budget billing and payments, interviewed and hired additional personnel, researched and purchased equipment as needed, scheduled, planned and supervised the traffic count, processed field data into client approved reports, monitored and approved employee timesheets and expense reports, and generated weekly progress reports for the client and in-house auditing.
