Started my career with Westinghouse Electric Corporation: Certified Machinist & Tool die maker, graduate of Westinghouse apprentice program for Industrial Engineering, Corporate Outage Planning Engineer, Plant/General Manager of a manufacturing facility for Turbine & Generator components I was a GS-15 with USA Federal Government: Senior Industrial Engineer for USA in the Pacific, started the Department of Homeland Security in accordance with Congressional Mandate of December 31, 2002. During the initial investigation and startup by the Department of Energy of - Second Line of Defense (SLD) Megaports Initiative (Nuclear Material Detection), I provided security layout information on various ports in the Pacific, (Hawaii, and Guam) for the deployment and integration of the Radiological Protection Monitors (RPM), Advance Spectroscopic Portals (ASP), and Cargo Advanced Automated Radiography Systems (CARRSs). I also provide information for the Radio Frequency Identifier Program (RFI) between the USA and Japan Security Clearance: Critical Personnel - Sensitive ANACI (Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration level 3, SSBI, BI), held Secret, and Top Secret DISCO.
