Being a self motivated, results-oriented, professional individual has enabled me to work and lead independently. My career of over 15 years in the electrical field has instilled a strong background in all aspects of electrical construction including communications and fire alarm system installations. I have specialized in managing health care facilities, light industrial/manufacturing facilities, multi-level office building and educational structures up to one million dollars in value. The strong and stable customer relationships that I have established, through hard work and dedication, have enabled my company to sustain profitability in an unstable economy. I am a problem solver and adapt well to changes and demands that occur during projects. My definitive organizational skills allow me to successfully manage multiple tasks and delegate effectively. Presently, I oversee all aspects of our commercial construction projects including estimating; contract negotiation; permit acquisition; notice filings; cost coding; submittal obtainment and review; material and labor management; and closeout documentation. My daily tasks also require me to have an expertise in the use of Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Accubid Estimating Software.

I wish to obtain a rewarding position, in Colorado, where I can maximize the use of my customer service and management skills, quality assurance, training experiences and techniques that I have attained throughout my career. Im looking to relocate to Colorado in order to live, work and raise my family in a healthy, safe and active community.
