North Carolina State University Facilities Division: Special Projects Coordinator In this position, I provided logistical and strategic solutions as required in a variety of university buildings including student housing, teaching laboratories, and classroom buildings. Updating campus maps and physical plant database for Critical Path Management was a special project at the close of NCSUs ten-year building program. Preparing and delivering .PPT presentation to Committee of 100 was a special project for which I received commendation from the Vice Chancellor for Facilities. Standard Homes Plan Service, Inc. Design and Marketing In this position, I provide design and drafting solutions for retail residential plans. Developing a package home program for Hardware Wholesalers, Inc. was a special project, for which I created, administered, and analyzed an interest questionnaire, assembled a database of home plans, checked materials lists for each plan, designed marketing and promotional materials and traveled to store locations/trade shows, as well as tracking and shipping orders as required.
