A professional engineer with an extensive background in commercial, institutional and at-risk construction, I have managed all phases of private/public sector program and project management from inception to completion. My experience includes historic building restoration, MEP systems, hazardous materials abatement and site work.
I have a diverse background and am known as the go-to guy for effective solutions. Skilled in contractor and vendor management, I am adept at pulling together the right individuals and entities to complete construction on time and within budget. Knowledgeable, persistent and focused, I deliver high quality projects at the least cost.

A graduate of the Brooklyn Technical High School, I hold a BA in Civil Engineering from City College of New York. With graduate level training in federal project administration from the USDA Graduate School, I am a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the District of Columbia.
Career History
Area Manager, AFG Group, an $8M construction management company, 2006 to present. Seized opportunity to lead startup At- Risk Construction Management division. Manage small construction/renovation and healthcare projects from inception to completion. Direct three staff and administer $300K budget.
Program Director, AFG Group, 2002 to 2006. Oversaw contractors on diverse federal construction projects up to $70M such as office building renovations, courtroom installations and construction of underground parking garage. Built strong teams. Managed seven staff and $600K budget.
Program Director, Hill International, a $421M construction management company, 2000 to 2002. Directed program overseeing building renovations on the national mall for the Smithsonian Institution. Developed and presented RFPs. Managed ten employees and $2M budget.
