Served as Senior Project Manager on the 2007 Southern Living Idea Home at Reynolds Plantation. Worked closely with renowned architect John Tee to produce and deliver his vision while bringing project to completion on budget.

Completed Phase I of the exclusive Creek Club Community at Reynolds Plantation featured in the 2008 Travel & Leisure Golf Magazine. Phase consisted of eleven home sites, three 4,200 square foot cottages including one model home. This luxury weekend cottage featured a blend of modern construction providing efficient building materials with characteristics of Shingle Style architecture.

Through the NAHB continuing education programs I earned Graduate Master Builder Honors in 2007, certified Graduate Builder in 2006 and completed Train the Trainer course in 2008.

Completed 2 Certified and 1 Platinum level EarthCraft Homes as accredited through the Southface Energy Institutes voluntary green building program.

Margins were increased 25% by eliminating estimation oversight and the creation of trade partnerships.
