Experience Prior to the following jobs I also worked for 2 Engineering/Inspection Firms. (Parsons Transportations Group & Waitz & Moye). With these firms my duties were to do inspections for FDOT on roadways and bridges, plan reviews, pre-estimating, payment applications & change-orders. (Reconstruction of US Hwy 17 North bridges in Nassau County. I95 & US Hwy 17 weigh stations at FL/GA line) Handled all the testing for JEA and did the inspection of the new & refurbished lift station facilities, plus oversaw the day to day operations of the Better Jax Jobs. Kept up with all dailies and logs required by FDOT, JEA, COJ & Nassau County and the engineering firms. Handled all inspections for asphalt and concrete for FDOT, JEA, COJ & Nassau County Very experienced with DOT, COJ, Nassau County and JEA standards and specifications. Read and apply all blueprints to a job. Set up/operate a laser, a transit & level (Contractors or Rotating) Certified to do the BTs for JEA and use their lab. I am also very experienced with the dewatering techniques such as sump pumping, Kelley-Well or well-pointing. On my jobs I have supervised and/or inspected the construction of multiple highways & bridges, approach slabs, ponds & storm drain systems, water mains, force mains, gravity sewer systems, lift stations. Multiple subdivisions, 3 schools, 4 waste water treatment facilities, 3 Home Depots, 5 Wal-marts, 1 (5) story condo and supervised/prepped for directional drills and bore & jacks.

This included the firemain, the water, and the lift station. Also to maintain, rent, and schedule pick up/delivery of all equipment.
02/02/07 11/04/07Diversified Construction Services Callahan, FL Position: General Superintendent Supervisor: Mike Ethridge Duties: Supervised the site and utilities division. I handled ordering materials, estimating, scheduling all subs, maintaining the timesheets and payroll for 34 employees. Writing and executing all change orders, processing and submitting all payment applications, organizing and applying for all permits, kept up and maintained the schedule of values and continued with all day to day field operations. I ran 4 crews and 6 jobs at any given time.

Maintained approximately 7 jobs at a time. Constructed Home depots, Wal-marts, schools, subdivisions, state and county roads. I also handled all JEA and fire tests.

01/01/04 10/01/05 Danella Inc Pompano Beach, FL Position: Superintendent Supervisor: Jared Cooley Duties: Handled operations for the Marianna & Cottondale, FL waste water treatment plants. Rehab at the plants and 19 miles of 36 inch force-main, 12 bore & jack, and the rebuilding of 2 state roads and 3 county roads. My crews consisted of 57 employees, we averaged 1000 feet of force main a day and did the dress-up and re-grade on a daily basis.
