         Operational responsibilities included day-to-day management of support and field staff.  This included project managers, subcontractors, QC and Risk, estimators, superintendents, financial, procurement, human resources and administrative with a head count of up to 300 employees. 


         Managed the proposals to ensure compliant RFP responses.


         Developed corporations safety and quality programs, maintaining a consistent EMR ratio of 0.6 with zero OSHA recordable injuries in the last four years. 


         Quality experience included DOE NQA1 and several STARR facilities.
