Ensured project deadline was met. Challenged to get Cambridges Pensacola construction project back on track. Corrected and saved client $120K in costs to fulfill extra fire requirements for building.
Resolved high labor costs. Tasked to control union workers labor costs when customers delayed projects for Procon Pumping. Restructured scheduling and wage requirements, gaining approval with crew on flexible employee schedules. Revised structure, improving employee morale and customer satisfaction.
Rescued project profitability. Internal estimator at Cambridge bid a New York project too tight, projecting a loss in revenue. Analyzed scope of project, identifying areas to recapture income.
