         District Wide Osceola County.


Responsibility:  Work closely with District executives, and Board Members, in the development of District and Facilities Department goals, including the responsibility for directing and managing the planning, budgeting, organizing and delivery of new development/construction (+$300 Million over 5 years) and yearly capital renewal/renovation activities (+/-$15 Million per year).  Initiate new and maintain existing policy and procedures related to: owner representation, planning; site selection; scheduling; production; quality control; A/E and CM selection; bidding; project management, and construction administration.  Hiring and leading a staff of 12 including multiple project managers, clerical, and bookkeeping staff.  Key responsibility to negotiate and initiate design & construction contracts on multiple million-dollar projects; and lead project managers, contractor and design professional teams in the execution of approved designs and construction, while maintaining budgets.  Interface and coordinate with the Districts Maintenance Department to complete a full team approach to the delivery and operational maintenance of real estate assets in the Districts property portfolio (over 7 million square feet on over 45 campuses).  Prepare and present reports and agenda item preparation for School Board approval.

Responsibility: Architects Project Manager responsible as Team Leader for: the programming and space layout of a highly complex and diverse organizational structure that had never been integrated into one location; integrating and coordinating the budgeting of a Pre-Construction Manager during the design process; overall management of the document preparation process; the interfacing with city officials in the complex planning approval process and obtaining permits; and the construction administration, as owners representative.


         Seminole County Courthouse - Cost: $50 Million


Responsibility: Design Architects Project Manager responsible for: the managing and scheduling of the programming and design development of a highly complex and specific governmental function; interfaced with a Production Architect, a Pre-Construction Manager, and with multiple county departments as part of a Design/Construction Team responsible for delivering a complex courthouse design within the countys budget.

         The Waverly at Lake Eola - Cost: $45 Million


Responsibility:  Owner Agent/Developer team leader responsible for managing consultants and contractors in the development of all aspects of architectural design, interior design, graphics, scheduling, budgeting, land entitlements, permitting, and contractor negotiations for a 25 level, 230 unit luxury high rise rental apartment building in downtown Orlando.

Responsibility:     Owner/Builder responsible for all aspects of the design and construction of several production homes.  Was responsible for the implementation of new procedures and systems for the operation of sales, project management, and construction for the entire subdivision buildout.  Scope included: budgeting, forecasting, Profit & Loss, marketing strategies, subcontractor negotiations and buyout, and buyer negotiations.
