Approximately $60 million to $100 million in sales annually with total sales to date of nearly $1 billion, and up to 82 employees. Completed both vertical and horizontal construction, product sales and marketing. Interior design firm furnished all Landmark Development Group products. January 1996 to May 1997 GREY OAKS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Naples, FL President and General Manager Managed Country Club community consisting of 2,000+ luxury homes, country club and 54 hole GC. Strategic areas included administration, construction, finance, sales, marketing, development and country club operations. Re-defined, prepared and implemented new strategic product, development and business plan for the community which resulted in sales increase from $5MM/year to over $100MM/year. Initial phases included a five star hotel, championship golf course, cultural/theme park, office/retail/residential center, multi-family and single family housing tracts, and an employee housing project. English Turn Development/Country Club New Orleans, LA Consultant/Vice President and General Manager Consultant to re-position, prepare and implement a development and business plan for a Nicklaus golf and country club community consisting of 1,000+ luxury homes and 43,000 SF country club in New Orleans, Louisiana. Strategic areas of responsibility included administration, finance, sales, and marketing, development and club operations. Facilitated the transfer of control from the Development/Management Group to the new Owner.
