Complete remodels, room additions, and finishes from start to finish. This includes initial customer meeting, complete estimates including scopes of work, project management, and contract negotiations. Work for builders as subcontractor and as project manager, estimator, and contract negotiator. Estimate and purchase for new residential, multi-family, and commercial projects.
Director of Purchasing and Estimating/Project Manager 2007-2008 The Precedent Companies LLC, Indianapolis, IN Increased overall profitability of homes by nearly 2% through value engineering, price negotiation, and enhanced vendor base. Established and maintained budgets on numerous product lines as well as working on development budgeting.
