Managed three commercial development projects (Home Depot, Ross, Staples as well as several banks, etc.) in the Houston metro from ground breaking to product delivery. Delegating tasks and coordinating between client, engineers and construction team, geotechnical/environmental/traffic consultants, contractors, government agencies, DOTs, and coworkers. Established liaisons and initiated contact with major clients



Constrcution Project Manager - Centex Destination Properties (June 2005- Feb 2008)

Buy Out and Contract supervisor as well as construction manager for a beach front resort development (Pointe West) 297 Villas erected in 22 buildings (4 story). Delegating tasks and coordinating between client, engineers, surveyors, geotechnical/environmental/traffic consultants, contractors, government agencies, DOTs, and coworkers.
