Objective : |
am primarily a frame carpenter, I've been in the construction industry for over 30 years. 01-2009 to 07-2009 I worked for Savage Interior as a trim carpenter, installing 5-7 piece crown molding, 2 piece base. I was a helper doing most of crown molding, but was let lose on some of the shorter runs. I worked for Mike Britto, 239-777-5079 doing commercial remodeling as a foreman, and was in charge of making sure that the subs were there doing their job without problems. Most of the work was downtown Naples, Fl. I was in charge remodeling a rug shop, which required building display cases; a high end flower shop which required frame work tieing into the unit next door also building display cases and trim work; and a Tommy Bahamas, we remodeled. In Texas I did remodel at Auto Parts Stores building counter with shelves that displayed oil in the front of them. That was for Leo Spaeth Jr. of Aggie construction at 713 467 7174
I moved to Florida in 1987 and started as a frame carpenter and with in a year I was a Layout Helper on a 26 story building, which I taken over on the last 6 floors and roof. I spent several years as Layout man learning to read the prints. I am able to look at them for problems to create RFI's before hand so there is no delays when work needs to be started. I've recently moved back here to Texas and trying to get myself reestablished. I've done some side work but nothing steady. I have a truck, a lot of hand tools, and some power tools and I can buy what ever tools I need to get the job done. I've done sheet rock, spackling, trim, and a little plumbing in my home, and electrical fixtures I have a resume and references upon request. I am in the position that relocation is not a problem. I look forward to hearing from you and hope you will consider mefor work in the future. Willie Solis 979-665-2618 Email: wasolis43[at]aol.com
