Mr. Feltons is the Senior Program Manager responsible for the management of the following Programs: FEMA (195m), Year Round A/C (96m), Profiency Plus (23m), Adult Career Education (60m), Relocatable Housing Units Seismic, (25m) & Core Food Facilities (117m) along with managing the program/construction managers for each program and the cost controls specialist for each program. Mr. Felton started working with LAUSD in 1998 the beginning of the BB Bond Program as a OAR managing various projects/programs to include Safety & Technology, Modernization, Electrical Upgrades etc. Job duties included assigning and completing all contracts for Architects and Engineers, compiling all specifications and drawings for a complete bid package through final closeout.
