programmed and installed Convergints first large school district upgrade project, combining

Systems Technician, Senior Systems Technician. * Responsible for installation and servicing of temperature control/building automation
systerms. Customer Support Manager. * Provided remote support for service department. Respond to customer service calls with
remote monitoring and programming. Provide technical support for sales and technical staff.
Create software programs for new installations. Software Manager. * Develop software standards to provide cost savings on new installations, and provide
seamless job integration. Engineering Manager * Led engineering staff in project drawing creation from plans and specs. Integration of
multi-vendor products and systems. Created Automatic Building Controls first office network
in engineering center, which provided seamless drawing and file printing and sharing,
including drawing standards, resulting in great cost savings. Installation Team Leader. * Selected to lead the installation team for Automatic Building Controls largest project to
date, The new Midway Airport rebuilding project. Responsible for installation, checkout,
programming, and graphic creation on a multi-year project. The project included fiber optic
communication, multiple communication hubs, all HVAC systems including all air and water

Direct Digital Control systems. * Was made customer liaison for the branchs largest customer. Responsible for relations

and engineering of new installations * Trained personnel on new technology and systems. * Managed an eight person service staff consisting of 4 technicians, 4 union fitters. and an
almost $1,000,000 service contract base. * Reduced inventory by $80,000 the first year by verifying service contract material charges
and material write-off of obsolete stock.
