I am just looking to hook up with a company that recognizes ones abilities and rewards by promotion within the organization. The opportunity to not only watch the company grow, but the opportunity to grow with it. In my mind, that would truly be satisfying. I need something to work for and to be a part of, not just to make a check.


QUALIFICATIONS

functional instrumentation experience gained through technical training and craft supervision. As a Foreman, I direct, research, organize, schedule, and implement all job assignments in my area. I uphold and enforce all safety policies and all prdcedures. I involve all craftsmen to be a part of what they do. Instilling confidence by not setting one up to fail. Most all craftsmen want to do quality work but lack confidence. Most are already intimidated. Hard to be confident when your intimidated. I understand this. Instilling confidence breeds quality. Creating a comfortable and safe working environment is one of my strongest qualities. Ive been told that I bring out the very best out of my hands. With all that being said, I dont mind working on my tools either. Well, to a certain extent. I enjoy leading by example when the chance is there. Too many out here that talk the talk but cant walk the walk. Good leaders dont mind walking. I can do all that other stuff too. Ordering material, making sure that we dont run out. Hard to catch me slipping. Tracking, updating,and doing all the necessary paperwork, keeping management informed and up to date, somehow comes natural for me.
