Director of Planning and Design of a 200 acre Mixed Use development named Cooper Life at Craig Ranch, a Master Planned Community consisting of Retail and Medical Office Buildings, Hotel, Restaurant, Schools, Cooper Aerobics Center, Cooper Clinic, Condo Tower, Apartment Homes over Retail, 115 urban setting Town Homes, 27 detached Single Family Homes, and Commons Park with a water feature simulating a babbling brook through the development. Senior Project Manager - First United Bank branch office in Krum, Texas. Performed all aspects of building construction: including estimating, submittals and field engineering, superintendent and manager of construction as a General Contractor. Initiated value savings of over $80,000 to facilitate on-time and well under budget construction, which achieved great Owner satisfaction with repeat client. Personally requested by MGM/Mirages Director of Construction to manage as the Owners Rep all immediate remediation & remodeling of nearly 1600 of the total 3000 room hotel tower after the fire in Jan. 2008 at the Monte Carlo Resort n Las Vegas. Coordinated a team of experts to perform all demolition, damage assessment, redesign and submittal of plans for expedited permits, contractors, hotel personnel and staff, FF&E suppliers and MGM / Mirage Design Group, for Grand Opening of Hotel and Casino in record time of three weeks. Retained by MGM to negotiate forensic cost analysis of all incurred costs, deferred work scope and FF&E procurement.

Senior Project Manager of Red Rock Casino, Spa & Resort in Las Vegas for Station Casinos as an Owners representative. Natures Walk at Redmond Ridge Master Planned Development: 60 unit Condominium project consisting of fifteen Swiss Chalet style four-plex homes: 2-level townhomes over garages, 3 story Wood Framed construction, with Use Separation and Fire Walls. Administered contract and material management, superintendent and subcontractors through completion of site development, model buildings and structures awaiting finishes.

Personally initiated construction of a scale model of structural members to better understand the complexity of a series of cantilevers of balconies, mezzanine rooms, catwalks and fly-tower. Other responsibilities included creating pay applications, change orders, logs, updating and maintaining schedules, material procurement and close-out documentation.
