St. Louis-based, HBE Corporation, is the largest medical facility design-build firm in the country, with projects including the 395,000Sf addition and remodel to Saint Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon. During timeline, I served on multiple one-off projects in the region. Projects were occasionally remote, requiring discipline and regular reporting to the main office.
St. Anthony Hospital, Goodwin Place Apartments (mixed-use), ODFW Maintenance Facility, and Regional Airport RSA Project; projects valued between $3.3M and $12.0M.
Hospital required extreme dust control measures like zoned air controls, area partitions, and phased scheduling while hospital operated at full capacity.
Superintendent on regional airport improvement and maintenance facility projects; both were government clients. Work involved grading, cabling, riparian weir structures, paving- all under FAA regulations.
As carpenter foreman and superintendent, I supervised a four and eight-person crew, respectively.
Installed municipal pump station for City of Umatilla, OR in shared easement with a US Cellular cell tower site.
Estimated subcontract work and operated equipment on varies area projects. Owned the local rock crushing operation and was rock source for the region. Provided rock stabilization for haul roads on ESIs Vansycle Ridge Project.

Responsible for supervising excavation, utilities, concrete frame, and exterior facade fieldwork; processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout including; final testing and inspections, punchlist work, and binding operation and maintenance manuals.

Developed bid packages, estimates, schedules, and supervised the Mia Hamm, Ken Griffey Jr., & Jerry Rice buildings.
Managed utility work from perimeter POCs to eight building pads, including river crossings, direction drilling, trenching, regional electrical and natural gas transmission lines, duct banks, and cement-treated soil.
Supervised installation of extensive BMP sediment control system processing 20 acres of surface water to tertiary standards using pre-cast filtration vaults, vegetated sediment ponds, and riparian or concrete weir structures.
