Developed financial models for ROI justification for business cases for 5 KW to 50MW PV projects, incorporating local rebates, state and federal investment credits, accelerated depreciation benefits, feed in tariffs and production based incentives including RECs (renewable energy credits). Established and negotiated forward trading contracts for REC to reduce upfront project finance/capital cost.

Analyzed new technologies and IP available for the manufacturing of Solar Grade Silicon. Working with NREL and DOE identified the Iodine based, Ethanol based and direct conversion from Metallurgical grade silicon to Solar grade Silicon. Working with Canadian, Russian, Netherlands, Norway and India evaluate alternative solutions for potential manufacturing opportunity.
