3.EXPERIENCE: Have more than 14 years experience in Energy management out of 35 years experience in industrial and planning environment.

A)Energy management:

i)Preparation of Energy Management Plan (Demand side Management).
a)Conduct energy audit, identification and technical analysis of energy saving opportunities.
b)Identify Energy Improvement Opportunities and prepare Energy improvement plan.
c)Help preparation of energy saving projects.
ii)Cost effective energy utilization to reduce energy costs.
iii)Analysis of utility bills, its usage and develop recommendations.
iv)To avail incentives by improving power factor and load factor, avail advantage of differential tariff by use of energy during non peak hours, maintaining optimum voltage level.
v)Plan, design and implement energy efficient lighting technology.
vi)Plan and install energy efficient pumping system & HVAC.
vii)Improvement in combustion efficiency of turbocharged diesel operated Heavy Earth Moving equipments namely Excavators and Dumpers etc. by controlling CO2 in exhaust.

B)Industrial Environment:

i)Electrical Design, project management, operation and maintenance of Electrical Substations up to 132 KV, overhead transmission lines including electrical equipments namely transformers, motors, switchgears, VFD, soft starter, CT,PT, lightning arrestors, pumping, HVAC, residential / building electrification etc.
ii)Mechanical - Project management, operation and maintenance of coal beneficiation plant and Coal Handling Plants, operation and maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving equipments namely draglines, excavators, dumpers & drills etc. which included gear boxes , coupling, belts, feeders, pumps, engines etc.
iii)Completed a number of projects within budget and on schedule.
iv)Educated people about safety codes and practices and implemented the same at work.
