EXPERIENCE:I have experience in the Commercial Construction Industry.
Project Planning -I took the estimate from estimating and created a job budget. -I wrote subcontracts that were needed for each job. -I reviewed construction drawings to search for any mistakes. -I produced a schedule that the job was driven by. -I created job filing system to keep all paperwork easily accessible. -I handled all logistics for each of the jobs. -I processed all submittal that were needed for each project.
Project Management -I analyzed weekly job budgets to ensure that the units were being made. -I dealt with any problems that arose and produced solutions to solve them. -I addressed all of the vendors that were related to the project. -I created monthly billing requests to get paid for the work we completed. -I reviewed and approved invoices/payments for all of the projects. -I produced monthly financial reports that were reviewed by upper management. -I created spreadsheets to track all material and equipment that were associated to each project. -I wrote daily reports that were required by the general contractor.
Safety Representative -I had daily meetings with crew to instill safety on the site. -I had daily safety reports to complete for the general contractor. -I had routine inspections of the crew to make sure proper procedures were followed. -I also had inspections for all equipment to ensure proper use. -I have 30 Hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training certificate.
