As a Project Engineer, Mr. Bryant has achieved the clients complete satisfaction, controlled his projects technically and completed them on schedule and within budget. He has prepared detailed work plans and schedules, monitored performance vs. budget and developed strategies to get the work back on line. Mr. Bryant has the ability to develop team- work to inspire a partnering attitude. His co-ordination and management skills have produced excellent results on large projects involving multiple contract teams. As a Project Engineer, Mr. Bryant has extensive management and planning experience in general government roadways and bridge projects, housing projects, and refurbishment projects. His technical range of experience includes site development, construction supervision general construction management, preparation of specifications; tender documents project reports and contract documents. Mr. Bryant is computer proficient and excels in WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project. Mr. Bryant was previously on the Board of the American Military Engineers in Phoenix Arizona. He is an excellent communicator and his project reports are clear and concise. He works well with multi-disciplinary groups and has many years of experience working with many nationalities. Familiar with the current trend (Cost) analysis for Arizona Department of Transportation.
