I recently served as Vice President of Construction for Frisco Square and have been affiliated with the project since 2001. Prior to going to Frisco Square, I was Vice President of Construction at Parker Square. At the time both Project were owned by Five Star Development. My 16 years of experience with Beltway Construction I served as Superintendent, General Superintendent and Project Manager. The diverse projects and positions allowed me to gain valuable experience in many fascets of the construction industry.
I also served as Senior Project Manager at Cadence McShane, a nationally recognized construction contractor for 3 years. My expertise led to successful developments of two limited service hotels, several schools, shopping centers, commercial office and flex space, including specialized manufacturing for the technology sector utilizing clean rooms.
My knowledge and experience with various municipalities is an asset to the team. I have served as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner for the City of Coppell from 1992 to 1994 and as a member of the City Council for the City of Coppell from 1994 to 1998. I am now serving a second two year term on the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Gunter, Texas. I was also appointed to the Capital Improvement Projects Advisory Committee, by the City Council of Gunter. I have also served as Member of the Advisory Committee of Northlake Community College.
