Objective : With a BA in Communication, with emphasis on Leadership styles, Organizational Dynamics, and Corporate Cultures, and an MBA in the works, I understand how all the pieces fit together and am able to place people in a position that best compliments their skills, knowledge and abilities while also benefiting the company by successfully selecting not only qualified people, but the right people for the position.

Understanding all facets and inter-workings of Human Resources, I have developed HR departments from the ground up. I have developed and implemented training programs, benefit & compensation administration, wellness programs and internship programs. I have worked with both Union and Non-Union workforces. These trainings were not only for the good of the company, but by seeing and understanding strengths in their employees, managers were able to assist them in realizing their own potential and how further grow in their positions.

I continue to further my education and knowledge and I am currently working on an MBA. I continue to seek out programs that enrich the lives of the employees and are cost-effective to the company at the same time.
