Exxon/Mobil $4,000,000,000 +, The most recent estimate was for the electrical portion of the largest offshore platform in the world. It consisted of power generation, switch gear, motor control centers and electrical bulk.
Conoco/Phillips $16,500,000,000 + Basra, Iraq, Estimated one 460MW power pant and one 200KV power plant. Including substations and switch yards. Also, included over 100 miles of 230KV underground transmission lines and over 600 miles of underground distribution. Distribution was for over 200 well sites. The refinery portion of the project consisted of over a thousand motors - 6 each, 240MW generators 6 each, 250MVA transformers, with all associated switch gear, motor control centers and transformers. The grounding, cable tray, motor circuits and bulks were included.
Petrobras $25,000,000,000 +, Job consisted of preparing one line diagram of incoming 110KV transmission line to power two 250MVA transformers. The switch gear, motor control centers, lighting, grounding, security system, vibration detection etc. was also included. Exxon/Mobil Parallel Train Olefins Plant 2 $1,000,000,000 +, Designed and compiled circuits for low voltage to high voltage motors and feeders on Exxon project in Singapore. Prepared request for quotation for electrical bulks. Priced material and prepared conceptual design for all cable tray routing along with complete material take off. Designing grounding grid for plant along with lighting layout. Converted wore and cable from American wire standard to metric sized cable. Cleco Power, Direct supervisor of 50 plus engineers, NDT technicians, Gas turbine technicians, and welders. Projects were all critical path for completion of installation or repairs on 501F 180MW gas turbines. This also included balance of plant work.
