Responsibilities
Plumbing Foreman at Canyon High School, New Braunsfels, TX. Construction of several new buildings and remodeling of all existing. Triad has been unable to offer sufficient income worthy of the responsibilities so I have re-opened my plumbing company on July 2nd.
January 2009 to March 7th, 2009: Cobb Mechanical, Pflugerville, TX
Responsibilities
Plumbing installation of Level 1 MedGas piping systems at new Seton Hospital, Kyle, Tx; copper domestic water piping and installation of Bradley fixtures at Matagorda General Hospital, Bay City, Tx; domestic water piping with combined pro-press and groove-lock piping, welding as needed, set fixtures (Acorn & Bradley), Travis County Correctional Facility, Del Valley, Tx. Left due to extreme frustration with their supply system that does not work.
March 2008 to December 2008: MKM Plumbing, Round Rock, TX
Responsibilities
Plumbing supervisor and construction manager. Plumbing installation of all systems for a prototype pharmaceutical manufacturing facility (Healthline) in Round Rock, TX. (Sanitary waste & vent, water piping, high pressure gas, air piping, multiple water treatment systems with stainless steel distribution piping, underground rainwater collection for irrigation, alcohol piping, DI and RO water piping throughout. Completed project. No further sub-contract work available after this project.
November 1998 to December 2007: Plumbing Inspector (3rd party)
Responsibilities
Contract Plumbing Inspector with: Patterson Inspections, City of Austin, City of Bastrop, Third Party Inspector covering Travis, Williamson, Hays, and Caldwell counties. Inspect construction of commercial for compliance with local plumbing codes and amendments, environmental hazards, and local codes/ordinances. Review plans for compliance with district codes, ordinances, and minimum standards. Maintain inspection log, file reports, and act on inspection results. Communicate with contractors and customers as needed. Schedule routes so as to complete all inspections on same day received. Assist contractors and customers in obtaining compliance while being sensitive to their needs. Need more income so I returned to plumbing construction.
