Corning Community College, Commons Building, Corning NY: a 25,000-sq.-ft. addition for offices, student lounge, book store and faculty dining to relieve overcrowded conditions for the existing building. St. Josephs Hospital, Elmira NY: 20,000-sq.-ft. gut renovation to convert the 5th floor to a 40-bed skilled nursing facility. Project included two nursing control stations, day rooms, and O&P therapy rooms.
Oswego Hospital, Oswego, NY: $18 million Renewal Project. 32,000 sq. ft. of new construction and 10,000 sq. ft of renovations. Project includes Outpatient Surgery Center, Inpatient Operating Suites, Intensive Care/Critical Care Unit, Maternity Department, Cafeteria and Kitchen AJM Northeast Medical, Manlius NY: $30 million 260,000-sq.-ft. medical office complex. Project includes a five-story office tower with an urgent care center, radiation therapy and imaging suite, and cafeteria and conference center. A two-story 40,000-sq.-ft. surgical center is linked with the medical office tower. Gateway Centre Mixed Use Development, Longmont, CO: A new 47,000 sq. ft., 3 Story and Basement Building for Offices, Retail and Residential use. The project includes under-ground parking and 7 Residential Units on the third floor, ranging in size from 1100 sq. ft. to 2100 sq. ft.
Greybull Maintenance Hangar, Greybull WY: A new 59,000 sq. ft. Maintenance Hangar is being developed for the South Big Horn County Airport in Greybull, Wyoming. The site has been master planned for future phases for an additional 152,000 sq ft of building area for Hangars, Offices and Maintenance facilities.
Pueblo Commercial Hangar: Pueblo CO: Concept designs are being developed for prototype Commercial Hangars for the Pueblo Memorial Airport. Two sizes of Hangars of 22,500 sq. ft. (150 x 150) and 18,000 sq. ft. (150 x 120) will be provided. The site is being master planned to accommodate 16 to 18 Hangar Facilities.
Milliken Fire Station No. 1: Milliken CO: A new 14,000 sq. ft. Fire Station Headquarters. The project includes a 7500 sq. ft. Apparatus Bay, a 1500 sq. ft. Sleeping Quarters and a 5000 sq. ft Administration Area. .
