The enclosed letter and resume may show I met the qualifications you may be looking for in an Estimator/ Project Manager. I have been an Estimator/Project Manager in civil engineering Heavy Highway construction for the last 15 years, working on private and public projects, from small to millions of dollars.

The scope of my responsibilities have included complete site development packages as subcontractor, roadway projects as General Contractor, and many combinations of different items to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities have included all phases of customer relations/projects, from association functions, initial contacts, estimates, contracts, project management, billing, and collecting. I have a Qualified Stormwater Management Inspector Certification, and an Advanced Work Zone Traffic Safety Supervisor Certification.
