Position: Project Manager of Specialty Construction.
Design / Build Services, General Construction, Cellular Site Construction, & Wind Energy Site Development and Construction.
Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, Estimating, Expediting, Scheduling, Preparation & Presentation of Proposals, Client Liaison, Subcontractor Agreements, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Utility Locates, Permits, Periodic Progress Invoicing, & Contract Close Out Documentation. Responsibilities also included, but were not limited to, Scheduling & Supervision of Union Carpenters, Laborers, Electricians, and Subcontractors to achieve Project milestones in order to assure timely completion.
Cellular Clients included, but were not necessarily limited to, Verizon Wireless, Sprint
Nextel, AT&T, Cricket, Crown Castle USA, & the Wireless Asset Group.
Cellular Site Projects included Raw Land Sites, Roof-Top Sites, Decommissioning Sites, Structural Modifications, Co-Locate Sites & Design Build Sites. Cellular Site Projects also included the installation & commissioning of Stand By Generator Sets.
Wind Energy background includes, but is not necessarily limited to, experience with NRG 60 & 70 Meter XHD Tall Meteorological Towers & experience with NRG Symphonie & Symphonie Plus Data Loggers and compilation of Wind Rose Reports.

Position: General Manager.
Responsibilities focused on Petroleum Construction Projects such as the Turnkey Design & Installation of Private and Municipal Aboveground & Underground Fuel Dispensing Sites including Fuel Management Systems & Tank Monitoring Systems.
Responsibilities included Regulatory Site Consulting & Pre-Demo Building Surveys. Responsibilities also incorporated over site of Demolition, Excavation, & Abatement Services. Clients included, but were not limited to, Waste Management, Republic Waste, IESI, Olin Brass, Maverick Transportation, Grossman Steel, Albert Arno Incorporated and various Local School Districts and Municipalities.
6/95 to 12/98: ENTERPRISE EQUIPMENT COMPANY INC., ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI

Developed and implemented Petroleum oriented Construction projects such as Tank Removal, Soil Remediation : Dig & Haul, Installation of New Piping Systems, 1998 Compliance System Upgrades, Fuel Dispensers, Canopies, Canopy Lighting Systems, Tank Monitoring Systems, Spill & Overfill Protection Equipment, Fuel Management Systems, Turnkey Fuel Site Installation: AST & UST Systems.

Position: Construction Engineer.
Provided Construction Management over approximately 400 Apartment Units, Job duties included Drafting Solicitation of Bids, Review and Qualification of Proposals, Selection of Contractors & Suppliers, Supervision of employees, Inspection of Contractors Work, Payouts to Contractors, Budget Preparation, Rent Roll Deposits & Payroll Delivery. Supervised the complete rehabilitation of approximately 150 Units.
