Vice President Project Manager 2004 - 2008 Lennar Homes, Orlando, Florida Responsible in managing the profit and loss for the acquisition, planning, development and property management of communities in five counties in Central Florida. Managed a team of land managers, construction managers, project assistants and HOA managers. Served on the board of 15 HOAs throughout Central Florida. Managed the land planning, acquisition, due diligence, entitlement process, land development, and after development duties for all communities in my territory. Ownership of contracts life cycle for all aspects of real estate development throughout Central Florida. Developed and sold several commercial tracts for uses such as public schools, shopping, rec facilities, and office . Managed cash flows for all single and multifamily communities in my territory throughout Central Florida. Responsible for the estimating and bidding of all work in my territory.
