Project Management- Managed the P & L for the acquisition thru development of over 20 single and multifamily communities, including commercial, in five different counties throughout Central Florida. Results: $14M in profit on the projects in my area out of the $30M profit for the entire division in 2006.

Responsible in managing the profit and loss for the acquisition, planning, development and property management of communities in five counties in Central Florida. Managed a team of land managers, construction managers, project assistants and HOA managers. Served on the board of 15 HOAs throughout Central Florida.
Managed the land planning, acquisition, due diligence, entitlement process, land development, and after development duties for all communities in my territory.
