Managed the plumbing construction of projects from $4,000 to $1,850,000. Was the office/field plumber which duties included the estimating, scheduling, meeting budgets, PR, material ordering and up keep on the books. Successfully managed the coordination of trades and the general contractors that I personally came into contact with.

Project Supt., Cobb Mechanical
Lead team of 60 employees on a 60 story, high scale $150M condominium. Primary contact for coordination of trades for the Mechanical, Pipe fitters and plumbers. Managed ordering materials, manpower projections, budgeting and scheduling.

Ran projects for a ground-up operation. Managed daily operations, material equipment orders, man power and subcontractors and coordination between other trades.

Coordinated with General Contractors and Trades to successfully complete projects on time. Managed the ordering of materials, supervising progress of plumbers on the job, and coordinating work orders.

Worked as both a plumber and pipefitter on multi million dollar projects. Including State Prisons, Schools, Hospitals, and Airports. Promoted from Apprentice to Leadman in a year.

Assisted in Mechanical Room Designs on Schools, Airports, and Prisons.
