In this position I oversee all aspects of building and grounds maintenance which include plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, security-related tasks such as repairs to locks and doors as well as inventory control, stocking, and purchasing for each facility!
2003-2005 HVAC service technician for Indiana climate control
Worked as a service technician servicing industrial & commercial refrigeration and cooling equipment (walk-in and reach-in freezers and coolers as well as servicing a regional home city ice contract which required me to cover Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Kentucky, repairing and adjusting their ice chests and I also monitoring the filter service at this company were I had to make quarterly visits to the customers businesses to change their air filters and inspect their equipment for possible problems.
EDUCATION
2000-2000 I received my certification in railroad sciences and was certified as a railroad conductor from Calumet College of Saint Joseph in whiting Indiana
2003- I am in the process of obtaining my associate Degree in the HVAC program from Ivy Tech State College
LICENSES & CERTIFICATES
2004 I received my EPA universal certification in refrigeration and have the capability to service any type of refrigeration and cooling equipment in several countries as a result of this I have sought out every opportunity to advance in the role of service both as a student and as a maintenance person
I am qualified as a fork lift driver since 2003 and have OSHA training in the operation of both bucket trucks and scissors lifts since 2006.
