SKILLS AND ABILITIES

I am familar with most pnumatic tools, have experience operating Bobcats, Back-ho's, and large trucks.
I am very good with computers, and have some familarity with most office programs and any microsoft OS. I am used to working alone and with a team. I know how to follow directions, and give them when nessary. I am a team player, and I am used to looking beyond the immediate task at hand toward the overall picture.

Job Duties: While employed with D&J roofing I worked primarly alone, and when a crew was present I acted as Foreman.
We used metal, t.p.o., compisition and torch roofing materials, all of witch I am familar with except t.p.o. We also
did some fencing and a few re-models. My employment with this company ended with the end of the season, as the owner
is re-structureing the company and will be out of business for a few months.

Job Duties: This job taught me alot about the engeneering that goes into designing a building. While I worked here I
learned post frame construction, and how to solve problems with the pratical application of stress engeneering, and
structural weight distrubition. This is also where I learned how to operate a bobcat, this was used with forks for
moving lumber, a bucket for excavition, an auger for drilling post holes, a boom for setting posts, and hanging pre-built
trusses, and or truss bays that we built. We built finished and un finished buildings, with and without insulation, and
we used metal roofing and sideing. When my employment ended here I was working the smaller jobs that could be handled by
one person alone. Setting the posts, framing, sideing, and roofing all to the specifactions on the blue prints.

Job Duties: This company worked primarly on track houseing, while employed here I used compisition and tile materials with
my partner. We roofed about 3 houses a week averging 3,500 - 4,500 square ft each. This job also gave my first chance as
foreman when the super for customer service had to take a month off. I was put in charge of 3 crews that were working removeing
and replaceing all the eve tile and metal for stucco repair on 6 houses.
